HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

United Arab Emirates: 1-3 working days

Middle East: 2-3 working days

Europe: 2-5 working days

USA and Canada: 3-6 working days

Other countries: 3-6 working days

Please note that a delay can occur at high pressure at the shipping company or a higher number of orders received in our warehouse. We will contact you personally regarding any further or unexpected delays of your order.

 

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING DHL EXPRESS (5-7 business days) – FREE

The customer is responsible for payment of any VAT, custom duties taxes and related charges applicable to their order upon delivery.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you make an order, to avoid any unexpected charges.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

If the product is in stock, the package will be sent to the customer within 1-3 business day.
For pre-orders: 1-2 business days from the moment the goods arrive at the warehouse.

TRACKING NUMBER

After sending the parcel, we will send a tracking number to your email address.
